Horsfall OHV Campground and Horsfall Beach OHV Campground are designed for off-highway (ATV, dune buggy, quad, sand rail) vehicle oriented camping. Both are located in the same general area of the dunes, just north of Coos Bay / North Bend. The beach campground offers day use access to the beach with excellent views of the ocean.

Also a really common spot for bonfires. There are specific areas for ATV use which keep parts of the beach/ dunes free for pedestrians, making this a really good spot for a large variety of recreational Includes creating 138 dispersed campsites, prohibiting camping outside of designated sites, increasing the Horsfall staging area capacity from 42 to 70 sites, and buiding a new staging area to the north of Horsfall to accomodate 70 parking spaces.
